Full rigged models
The expectation of full rigged models is a scaled down illusion of the original with the complete hull, the deck layout with the deck houses, the rigg, the fittings, maybe with sails, windows, cranes, hatches, rails, characters, etc.
But nevertheless differences are the reality. It depends on the purpose.
- Shipyard models are very detailed and scaled to serve as document for the builder or owner.
- Designmodels neglect sensitive details, ideal for presentation purposes on fairs.
- Waterline models renounce on the parts below the bootop and often are less detailed.
